I’ve tried a couple of poker apps, but GGPoker is by far one of the more trustworthy ones online. Bonuses and promotions are also frequently given, particularly to returning players. I also make sure I finish daily promos and max out their extra bonuses.

Support is definitely not 24/7 nor helpful, they don't seem to understand punctuality or customer service. The other week, the system was down due to glitches and if you read on Reddit, it is regular.

You know it's bad when poker pro's are laughing at your site.

Regular tourneys are basically playing half decked poker which hits seemingly everyone for more action, it's the only way you can explain it. Bricks are a rarity instead of the norm, and massive hands happen every other hand, often over each other or several others. Massive swings happen with the "hit card" needed like clockwork on the turn, with the river to come for suspense to see if another swing "hit card reversal" comes.

Never ever again. I just used my last 13$ of free money from daily freebees, lost basically every all in with premium hands to this type of stuff non stop. It's been like this for two years and really the site has zero redeeming qualities about it. It's an action/rake trap that sells action based "poker" and gamify's it enough to make people come back to gamble and hit with 94 suited...and they do, boy do they ever.

It's funny i can cash and withdraw consistently at Unibet and Bodog, but here? Impossible. Guess Im just terrible here but not over there right? Or....

Alright im going to update my review. I won $62 in a $1 bounty hunters tourney taking second place (last hand was a total cooler my flopped nut straight vs a turned 6 high flush but I digress). Still the hands I was peeling off when I eliminated those 20 players....mind blown. I know real poker plays that way too live but man oh man....anyways its possible to win something I suppose...but there is still in my mind a lot of action....

Well well,GG poker and its rigged cheating RNG doing what it does best, rigging cheating and scamming, Here is the hand l just got scammed on.I have AT,flop is AK7, l raise,they call,turn 7,they raise,l call.river 2.What do you think they have that would clearly show for the doubters like black rain who for some crazy reason think GG poker isn't a rigged cheating scam,That's right they have 72.I would think there is not one person who has been rigged, cheated and scammed by GG pokers RNG that would be surprised that 72 gets a full house.

Absolute joke. Some authority has to look onto GG platform, this is a scam thing. Even when I won it didn't feel fair.....

The site looks good and clear, but no Sit & Go's, very strange; how can any large poker site not offer the best most popular form of poker, absolutely bizarre.

Utter garbage! It’s absolutely impossible to state they are certified and verified by the Gods, when everything that can go wrong with the lowest chances possible, happens as if the percentages are reversed.
I’ve been playing Poker for 12 years and I swear to God that I have never experienced such bad beats and bad luck on a constant level.
It honestly feels like they are rewarding dumb plays and awful hands, just so they can hook bad players in order to keep gambling. I guess it’s a better way to make money, then just let the good players enjoy a nice game.
I’ve seen more absolutely monstruous hands in an hour, than there are on the full YouTube history! The math is completely off, and it RARELY goes the right way.

Also, they have a LOUSY customer support! You get a generic reply, without even touching the issue you are contacting them for. Feels like they left an AI to answer something that feels close enough to the subject, without any empathy or understanding.

GG poker is getting just like poker stars and I've played both for awhile. GG was way better but now they do the same thing as poker stars the algorithm tries to produce action and doesn't perform like a true poker game. Was good but now just like the rest. Crap!!! Don't waste your money go play live!

Although verified didnt cash out my money on my account,during 48 hours. I then played and they just extracted without asking money from my "Pending" Status, my previously won money. Very unserious company. I don´t recommend.

Good gameplay good for tournaments and cash games are decent too.

Gota say, when you buy in, the game will let you win for a short amount time and then not allow you to win until you run out of money, then add money and the cycle repeats itself. No matter what play you make, you will get all your money absorbed by GG Poker's software. Call me a bad player all you want, but I see donk calls being paid off 90% of the time. The only one making any headway is GG Poker. Play here is so unrealstick.

Don't let people withdraw money

I thought pokerstars was bad…thought I’d try a different site and wow GGPoker are even worse. Went through sign up process which was pretty standard, got to the verification process and tried at least 12 times with two different types of ID (passport and driving license) taking different photos each time to have them all rejected. The photos are perfectly clear and all details can be seen. I emailed and to be fair, they responded pretty quickly but it was a generic response saying the pics are either too small or too blurry - they are neither. I was in the process of responding when I tried logging back into the app to get back into my tourney when it timed out for the 6th time tonight…I can only assume the ‘award winning software’ they refer to on their website is for the worlds poorest…would not recommend

I like the features of this site but out of all the online poker sites this one seems to have the most or worst bad beats or donkeys, just played a tournament and had my first royal flush and 4of akind Qs and never received anything for the Top hands, but I was all in with jj on the bubble and lost and they were happy to give me a bad beat ticket 🎟 So would love to give more ☆s but pretty hard that type of love/ hate relationship lol
